Local Woman Busted for Illegal Drugs
Oelwein Police have arrested a local woman on illegal drug charges.
Just before midnight Wednesday (March 22), Oelwein police received a report from a citizen in the 10 block of 4th Street NW.
As a result, 21-year-old Bobbie Jean Brown was taken into custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
