Earlier this month police in Arizona found a 19-year-old man near a water tower in the city of Coolidge, with his hands tied behind his back and a belt and a bandana shoved in his mouth.

He told police that two masked men had kidnapped him, hit his head and knocked him unconsciousness. He also said that the men had driven him around before leaving him where he was found.

After detectives conducted an investigation, the evidence surrounding this guy’s story was matching up. He then admitted that he made up the entire thing.

Why would he do that to himself?  He told deputies that he simply didn’t want to go to work.

He was arrested on suspicion of false reporting to police.

He won't have to worry about going back to that job as he was fired from his job at The Tire Factory.
