Details and names have been released of those involved in a three-person fatal crash near Keystone.

Platini Ndongala, 30 of Beardstown IL, Michka Kabeya, 34 of Cedar Rapids, and Ndickson Mandiki, 36 of Coralville were killed when their vehicle went out of control on the icy roads on Highway 30 in Benton County near Keystone.  The men were originally from Congo.

The accident happened on Thursday at about 5:20AM.

The three people were in a Toyota Sienna minivan which was carrying 9 people and driven by Kwally Manie, 38 of Cedar Rapids. The driver lost control on the ice and collided with an eastbound Toyota Corolla driven by Maria Castro, 48 of Cedar Rapids.

The van then rolled and struck a third vehicle, a Saturn Vue which was being driven by Jean Kuila 41 of Beardstown IL.

The Corolla was then struck by the fourth vehicle involved, a Chevrolet Impala driven by Thomas McFarlane, 27, of Keystone.

Injured persons include Manie, Castro, and Kuila as well as Guy Mbo, 30 Mireille Mbami, 34, Nancy Lusemo, 32, Serge Baketla, 38, and Wilande Exuma, 30
