To put together their list of the most hospitable hosts in all 50 states, Airbnb looked at  properties that had 100% 5-star ratings in the categories of cleanliness, check-in, and communication. The picks were also required to have a minimum of 100 reviews from guests. In states where there was a tie, the property with the highest number of reviews was named the winner.

Here in Iowa, Sarah was recognized as the best Airbnb host! She owns a house in Orange City, Iowa that she calls the "Charming Baksteen Huis." The gorgeous home was built in 1927 and has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The listing says that the historic house features "century woodwork, brick, hardwood floors, and a spectacular display of windows." Other features that guests will enjoy include the sunroom, the gas fireplace in the living room, the unique dining room, the updated kitchen, and the basement, which contains a TV, foosball table, 2 pinball machines, and another full bathroom.
