Chris Brown Congratulates Rihanna On Landing Leo DiCaprio

Chris Brown is impressed by reports that his ex-girlfriend Rihanna is dating Leonardo DiCaprio.

“High five,“ he declared in a radio interview for Hot 97 in New York on Monday. “You can only go up, and that’s the upper, upper echelon... I’m not even a hater. I’ll give you a slap on the back, booty, everything, ’Hey, do your thing. Good game.’“ He added, “In that situation, I just tip my hat. I’m not a hater. I’m not envious, I don’t feel jealous. Do your thing. I can’t have it all, brotha.“

Who would’ve thought that Brown would ever say anything that makes complete sense? Except he should never use the word "slap" when referring to anything having to do with Rihanna.
