Chris Brown Denied Entry Into Canada, Forced To Cancel Shows

Chris Brown was denied entry to Canada yesterday. The singer, who was scheduled to perform in Montreal and Toronto last night and tonight, took to Twitter to share the news.

“The good people of the Canadian government wouldn’t allow me entry. I’ll be back this summer and will hopefully see all my Canadian fans!“ he tweeted just hours before his first concert was scheduled to take place. Meanwhile, Live Nation says the shows were cancelled “due to immigration issues.“

Presumably, these issues have to do with Brown’s multiple run-ins with the law.
