The tributes continue to pour in following the unexpected death of comedian and TV dad Bog Saget. Saget died last Friday in a hotel room in Orlando at the age of 65. He continues to be remembered as a fantastic friend and someone who always took time for his fans, including an Iowa woman.

Jodee Wedgeworth from Des Moines grew up watching Bob Saget on the TV show Full House, according to KCRG. She recently tweeted Saget to let him know how much the role meant to her personally, and that she had also read his book. To her surprise, Saget responded.

KCRG reports that Wedgeworth had also purchased tickets to see Saget perform his stand-up routine at the Diamond Jo Casino in March. Following the comedian's death, the occasion announced that refunds would be given. Wedgeworth told KCRG that she was shocked by Saget's death and that she considered his role on Full House a nurturing father, something she didn't get to experience herself growing up.

It is rare for celebrities to directly respond to a tweet as Bob Saget did. It is even sadder when it happens shortly before their untimely passing. Wedgeworth will save the tweet forever, I assume. And we're gifted with another great story about the kind man that was, Bob Saget.
