This October, popular Des Moines restaurant The Station on Ingersoll has opened up a Halloween wonderland! For the second year in a row, Dugan's Hideaway, the back bar of the restaurant, has temporarily become Nightmare On Ingersoll.

Described as "a woefully spirited month-long Halloween event," Nightmare on Ingersoll features "dreadful drinks and freaky fun." Since Nightmare on Ingersoll is located at The Station, their food menu will be available, along with a fun, Halloween cocktail lineup! It includes:

  • Carrie's Blood Bag
  • Electric Shock Shot
  • Witches Blood Sangria
  • Apple Mini Beer Shot
  • The Betelgeuse
  • Jack’s Revenge
  • Morticia’s Martini
  • Camp Crystal Lake Water
  • Maple Syrup Massacre

MOCKtail options include:

  • Casper’s Caramel Apple Cider
  • Dracula’s Dinner (kid favorite)
  • Winifred’s Witches Brew
  • Poison Apple Mule
  • Boo-Berry Lemonade (kid favorite)

In addition to all the spooky decor and the Halloween menu, Nightmare on Ingersoll will also host a number of different special events throughout the month. That includes Beetlejuice trivia, Hocus Pocus trivia, a comedy showcase, and more.

Nightmare on Ingersoll's 2024 hours are Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., Friday from 4 p.m. to midnight, Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight, and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Reservations are available for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Those can be made HERE.

The folks behind Nightmare on Ingersoll have also opened up another pop-up Halloween bar called Nightmare at Jordan Creek. It's located inside of the Jordan Creek Town Center and is open the same dates, October 1st through November 2nd. It has the same lineup of cocktails and mocktails as the original location.
