This looks almost like it has to be fake, but it's not.

There's a species called the "glass frog", and a new version of that species was just discovered, which is the frog on the left. Hyalinobatrachium dianae was first documented in a study released earlier this year by Brian Kubicki, the founder of the Costa Rican Amphibian Research Center, and two other researchers.

Brian took the picture, and he also named the frog. He didn't name it "Kermit", after the famous Muppet. He named it after his mother, Janet. I guess I should say "her" instead of "it", eh?

No word on if Janet has been photographed sipping on tea for an Internet meme to get beat into the ground yet.
