Local Woman Arrested on Drug, Weapon, and Theft Warrants

An Oelwein woman has been arrested on a warrant for drug and other charges.
At about 3pm Tuesday (Oct. 11), Oelwein Police took 31 year old Katie Waters into custody, in the 100 block of 8th Avenue NW.

Waters was wanted on a Fayette County Probation violation warrant, for the original charges of Manufacturing, Delivery, or Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, and Carrying Weapons.

She was also wanted on a Probation Violation warrant from Buchanan County for Theft 4th Degree.
