Spring Break is an exciting time for a lot of people. This year that mini vacation is looking a bit different for some people. Many universities aren't having an actual spring break due to fears of an upwards spring in COVID cases, but there still is a possibility of some good times ahead.

Of course the COVID vaccine is actually getting distributed, but also the city of Waterloo is offering up quite a few different things to do to celebrate the change in season.

The Grout Museum is also having some fun events for spring break this year. One of the most exciting ones seems to be the Spring Break Dollar Day. This is taking place on March 16th and you'll be able to gain admission to the museum for ONE DOLLAR. This will also include the Iowa Veterans Museum plus a scavenger hunt is available. It's supposed to be running from the 16th to the 20th.

And if you're looking for more stuff to do with the kids the Waterloo Public Library is offering a fun Spring Break bag to kids in grades K-5. Each bag has a fun little craft and each of your Brainiac kids can also pick up a free book. This will take place from the 15th to the 19th of March.
