Blogger Uses YouTube To Redefine Beauty

Em Ford is a beauty blogger who is using social media to educate people.

Em runs a blog and YouTube channel called "My Pale Skin", and she has received more than 100,000 social media comments on photos of both her bare and made-up face.

Em suffers from adult acne, and quite a few of the people who write to her aren't exactly nice. So Em has decided to expose the hypocrisy of social media, saying she "wanted to create a film that showed how social media can set unrealistic expectations of both women and men."

"One challenge many face today is that as a society, we're so used to seeing false images of perfection and comparing ourselves to unrealistic beauty standards that it can be hard to remember the most important thing: you ARE beautiful."

Unless you go on the website of someone you don't know and insult them.....then you're likely a terrible person.
