Eastern Iowa Theatre Announces Next Broadway Season

A selection of famous Broadway shows are making their way to Davenport.

Davenport's Adler Theatre has announced their 2024-2024 Broadway at the Adler Theatre season. It's several shows that have proven to be hits on Broadway and several storylines you know. There's one that's a Tony award-winning musical and also a special holiday add-on show.

The Season

The Adler's new Broadway at the Adler Theatre season kicks off in October.

"Shrek the Musical"- October 10th, 2024

"Tina: The Tina Turner Musical"- October 30th, 2024

"Hadestown"- January 15th, 2025

"Pretty Woman: The Musical"- February 12th, 2025

"Mean Girls"- March 13th, 2025

All of the shows are either on Wednesday or Thursday nights.

The special holiday add-on show is Mannheim Steamroller Christmas. You've likely heard some of Mannheim Steamroller's rock-inspired renditions of Christmas songs. That show will be on December 28th, 2024.

A news release from the Adler Theatre says that the only way to guarantee seats to the shows is to become a season ticket holder, which will be $235 for 5 shows. For new subscribers, best seating for the new season begins on June 24th, 2024. Current subscribers have until June 14th to get registered for the new season.

This year, the Adler has hosted pre-show dinners for the 2023-2024 Broadway at the Adler Theatre season. There are no details yet on that for the next performance season.
