Cedar Rapids Restaurant Week officially kicks off today (February 16th), but don't forget about Iowa City Restaurant Week! The 2024 event will begin tomorrow, February 17th and run through Monday, February 26th.

Iowa City Restaurant Week is very similar to Cedar Rapids Restaurant Week. The website reads:

"Restaurant Week is a week long celebration of the culinary scene in Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty and surrounding areas. Participating restaurants offer guests a Prix-Fixe menu for lunch, dinner, or both! We hope that you’ll find your new favorite restaurant or dish during Restaurant Week and encourage you to visit as many restaurants as you can!"

Here are all of this year's participating restaurants, as well as their Restaurant Week specials:

Iowa City Restaurant Week has a passport program for 2024 where participants can track all of the restaurants they visit during the ten day period for the chance to win a prize. All you have to do is get your passport initialed by your server at any restaurant you order the Restaurant Week special from. Once you have two or more initials, you can drop your passport off at Think Iowa City or email a photo of it to stock@thinkiowacity.com. The deadline to turn in your passport is Monday, March 6th. Passports can be acquired at any of the participating restaurants.
