Four teams from the Cedar Valley and northeast Iowa are featured in the Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association 2021 pre-season rankings.

Defending Class 1A state champion Don Bosco debuts at No. 3 this season. The Dons won 20 of their 21 games in 2020 enroute to the state title. South Winneshiek is ranked three spots behind the Dons at No. 6.

Cedar Falls is ranked No. 9 in the inaugural Class 4A poll, and Decorah is ranked at No. 7 in Class 3A.
