Spooky season wouldn't be complete without chocolate.

In a stroke of calendar luck, Halloween 2026 falls on a Saturday. So if you are planning on letting your kid have the biggest sugar high of the year, at least they (and you) will get to sleep in the next morning.

As the littles load up on sugar for the weekend, you need to have some idea for when you can start stopping by neighborhoods for trick-or-treating and when you'll need to turn off the porch lights for the night.

We have your list of trick-or-treating times for this year in the QCA, on both the Iowa and Illinois sides. We're continually updating the list so keep an eye on it!
