New Eastern Iowa Seafood Restaurant Will Open on Friday
While yes, it is true that a 'new' seafood restaurant is set to open on Friday in Uptown Marion, the restaurant itself isn't 'new' to seafood fans in Eastern Iowa. Crab Attack Seafood Kitchen and Bar has moved and they're ready to celebrate!
Crab Attack Seafood Kitchen and Bar announced back in November that they would be moving to a new location. They had been at their original location since 2020. They used to be at 1117 1st Ave. SE, a building that was the original location for Daisy's Garage. Flash forward to November 9th when the restaurant announced that they were moving to Marion!
The new location at 796 11th Street in Marion is the former location of Bistro 3 Nineteen. After weeks of renovations and getting things ready to go, Crab Attack is ready to open to the public! The restaurant announced earlier this month that its grand opening will be this Friday, December 29th! Hours will be from noon to 10 p.m. Reservations are required if your party is larger than six people.
Crab Attack describes themselves as a Cajun seafood restaurant. Their menu features different kinds of seafood boils that you can customize to your liking. They also serve dishes like jambalaya, blackened salmon alfredo, and shrimp and grits.
You know how much I love great seafood! I can't wait to try some of their shrimp, and I know my wife has her eyes on some crab legs! Welcome to Marion, Crab Attack Seafood Kitchen and Bar!
