The deadly tornadoes that ripped through parts of central and eastern Iowa on Tuesday, May 21 left so much destruction in their path. Five people were killed, and dozens more were hurt. The small town of Greenfield looks dramatically different than it did one day prior, and its residents will never be the same.

How to help tornado victims

You can help these victims today by donating to the Salvation Army, which has set up a special donation page (scroll down for the link) to assist those in need during this difficult time.

It was reported the tornado was at least an EF-3 on the Enhanced Fujita Scale.
