Earlier today on the Morning Show I talked about a news story in which a NASA official predicted that we will come in contact with some type of alien life form within the next 20 years. I think that is a pretty bold statement from a respected government agency, not because of the possibility of it happening, but because normally the government has a "no comment" policy when it comes to things like this.

To be fair, when NASA administrator Charles Bolden made the statement, he wasn't necessarily talking about grey aliens dropping in on our doorstep. Alien life could be something as small as microscopic bacteria from another world, then again, it could also be "The Predator" or anything in between. I've always held the personal belief that the universe is just way too big for earth to be the only place with life, and apparently that is NASA's view as well.

Bolden went on to say: "Most people working in the space industry realize that the sheer limitlessness of space means we’re probably not the only life-forms around — even if we’ve never found any evidence. But as technology improves, we can search for life a lot more efficiently."

I know plenty of people who believe that "the aliens" have already been here, or are currently here, All I know is that some of those "Ancient Aliens" episodes are pretty convincing!
