This new Halloween Sam Adams beer is banned in 15 states but Iowa is not one of them.

If you're a big beer fan, especially a big HEARTY beer fan, this might be for you... but maybe limit your intake? Sam Adam's new Halloween beer is so strong, it's actually ILLEGAL in 15 US states.

According to maxim.com,

"Samuel Adams new "extreme beer" is so ridiculously strong, it's literally illegal in 15 states. The brewery's latest release in the barrel-aged Utopias line, which boasts an intoxicating 28 percent alcohol by volume. For comparison's sake, Sam Adams' Boston Lager is at 5 percent."

A spokesperson for Samuel Adams confirmed to due to its high level of alcohol, this already rare brew is banned in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont, and West Virginia.

The special beer is limited edition and only 77 barrels were made. It will cost $210 per bottle.

Now, that's what I call catching a buzz.
