Shorts? Really?!

Here we are in the middle of the coldest Winter in the history of mankind (you may want to fact check that completely unresearched claim) and yet there are still guys out there who refuse to put on pants. We have seen more days below zero than above zero this month, however this doesn't seem to affect Johnny-jeans-shorts walking down the sidewalk. It's not just one or two people, I bet most everyone has seen at least one person each day this Winter strolling along naked from the knees down. Why? Again, I ask WHY? They must be some super-human hybrid breed of man that is impervious to subzero temperatures on the lower halves of their bodies. My wife and I saw a guy shoveling his sidewalk in shorts yesterday...IT WAS -12! If your nether-regions are generating so much excess heat that you need to vent it out through your shorts in double-digit below zero temps then I highly recommend you go see your doctor, because you most likely need some form of medical attention. Shorts in snow
