Red meat is bad for you, and now getting sleep will too.

A new University of Pittsburgh study shows that the larger the gap between weekend wakeup times and a person’s normal sleeping schedule (known as “social jetlag“), the higher their changes of developing a potentially deadly disease.

“Even among healthy, working adults who experience a less extreme range of mismatches in their sleep schedule, social jetlag can contribute to metabolic problems,” said lead researcher Patricia Wong. “These metabolic changes can contribute to the development of obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.”

I think they are just making this stuff up sometimes. Social jetlag? Come on. That's not even a word.
