Taylor Swift Reaches Out To Grieving Fan On Mother’s Day

Mother's Day has to be a tough day for Taylor Swift, especially this year.

Taylor decided to pay it forward -- as she's been known to do -- reaching out to a young fan named Kaileen on Sunday after reading her heartbreaking Tumblr blog post about having to get through Mother’s Day after losing her mom last year. Kaileen also shared that the singer’s music helped her get through her most trying times. I'm sure it hits close to home for Taylor, especially with her own mom's health issues.
