So it's probably not shocking to find that almost all of America's drunkest cities reside in the Central time zone. What may surprise you is how well Iowa is represented on this list.
24/7 Wall St. reviewed the percentage of adults 18+ who reported heavy drinking in 381 metropolitan areas. The site also researched other factors, like the number of bars as well as the percentage of driving deaths involving alcohol.
