T'is the season for Fall treats! Pumpkin spice flavored everything, apple cider donuts, maple sweets. But according to our listeners, the MUST-HAVE Fall treat is a caramel apple.

Truth be told, I've never had an entire caramel apple – just slices. They're pretty big treats! And every year I've wondered, am I eating it the right way? Do you just bite in while it's still on the stick and treat it a bit like a MASSIVE popsicle? Or do you break down to smaller portions?

Now, thanks to one of our listeners Kim, I have an answer! According to her, the best way to do it is to take the apple off the stick and slice it up. Just biting into it can be hard on the teeth.

Of course, everyone is entitled to their own methods. But Kim did mention that she works at Lagomarcino's – one of the most iconic chocolate shops in eastern Iowa – so I think her opinion could be considered expertise.
