Upcoming Street Closures for Downtown Waterloo

The City of Waterloo today confirmed two upcoming street closures that could impact your drive if you work/live in downtown Waterloo.

First, beginning at 8:00 AM tomorrow (Friday, September 18) West 4th Street will be closed, between Commercial Street and Cedar Street, for antenna work being done on the Waterloo Building. West 4th Street is expected to reopen late in the day. Traffic control will be in place during the project.

Next, on Thursday, September 24, the east bound lane of Sycamore Street will be reduced at the 500 block (by the President Hotel) to conduct antenna work. Parking will also be restricted and the sidewalk will be closed.
