Waukon Police Make Drug Arrests During Traffic Stops
Waukon Police have arrested two local residents on drug charges, both during routine traffic stops.
Early Monday morning (April 16), a Waukon Police officer pulled over a vehicle because the car's headlights and taillights were not turned on.
During the stop, 29-year-old Blake Pohlman of Waukon was taken into custody on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, and Driving While Revoked.
The morning before, on Sunday, a car was stopped by Waukon Police on an equipment violation. The driver, 27-year-old Christian Caravallo of Waukon, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
