Are your texting habits sabotaging your love life? Please don't respond by saying "lol". That's part of the problem.

A whopping 54 percent of women say they are turned off by getting texts from potential partners that contain typos and incorrect grammar, according to Match.com’s new Singles in America survey. Thirty-six percent of men say the same.

Just a heads up, other things frowned upon are short answers and ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.

Meanwhile, you could also be making all the wrong moves on Facebook. The biggest pet peeves related to social media listed by singles are emotionally dramatic posts (73 percent), excessive selfies (57 percent) and asking a current love interest to defriend an ex (55 percent).

If you read what I wrote earlier in the week, apparently stick to smiley faces and such. Those seem to work just fine.
