It's an actual Chinese restaurant (Zhengzhou, China to be precise) and they are rewarding people for their good looks by offering a "Pay by Face" promotion. Customers scan their faces on a touchscreen -- which hopefully they clean after each person -- and the pictures are sent to a team of specialists.

The specialists, which are made up of employees from a plastic surgery office, then offer grades on the person's appearance. The people who finish with the top five highest scores in 30 minutes get to eat for free.
