Disney star Kyle Massey is being sued for allegedly sending sexually explicit text messages and images to a 13-year-old girl, according to People.

The former child star, known for his role on That's So Raven, was sued by the alleged victim on Friday, the outlet reported. She accused him of sending explicit texts and photos to her, attempting to commit a lewd act with a minor, annoying or molesting a minor and emotional distress, according to court documents obtained by People.

In the legal paperwork, the girl — not named because of her age – alleges that she met Massey, 27, when she was 4. The pair were introduced at Universal City, according to People. She claims in the documents that she was with her mother because the girl was interested in pursuing a career in entertainment. She and Massey allegedly kept in touch over the years, and he often offered to help her career. According to the court documents, he also developed a bond with the alleged victim's family.

The girl and her mother claim, according to People, that Massey "held himself out as a father figure." He and the girl started talking again in November 2018, according to the lawsuit. The teen texted Massey, revealing that she was interested in auditioning for a reboot of his spinoff Disney series, Corey in the House.

In their conversations, Massey was informed in a series of texts that the girl was in grade eight, and was four years away from graduation, People reported. Still, he apparently planned to have the girl live with him and his girlfriend in Los Angeles, while he helped her find an agent. In December 2018, according to the documents obtained by People, Massey requested to be friends with the minor on Snapchat. Shortly after, the girl claimed in the documents, he sent her "numerous sexually explicit text messages, images, and videos."

She's now seeking $1.5 million from the actor. Massey hasn't addressed the lawsuit.
