Ok I am having trouble buying in that this is a country song. Please help me out.

Do you think this dude is a pop singer trying to be country or would you consider this song as pop music with a little soft rock or country flare to it? I like this guy but not sure what genre to put his music into. Would you listen to him on our station? Help me out Q92.3 fans.
