I'm not sure we should turn stress into a COMPETITION...but here we are. American stress levels have been rising for many demographics since their low point in 2016. Perhaps the most recent election has something to do with that? I'm guessing "yes."

It's impossible to eliminate stress from our lives completely, but where we live could certainly help minimize it. WalletHub looked at data from all 50 states and Washington, D.C. to find which places help achieve low stress levels...and which ones we should avoid.

WalletHub considered 38 different factors within four categories (work-related, money-related, family-related, health/safety-related) to cover basically everything that could stress us out, including commute times, hours worked per week, job security, debt, divorce rates and crime rates.
