Iowa Teenager Receives ‘Idol’ Golden Ticket
American Idol wrapped up its audition episodes on Monday. Once again, you saw lots of heartwarming stories and lots of talented people receiving good news from the judges that they were going to Hollywood.
One person you didn't see perform was Iowa City's Abbie Callahan. Her actual audition didn't appear on Monday's show, but she did wow the judges enough to get that coveted golden ticket. Abbie officially shared the news on Instagram Monday night:

Best of luck to Abbie! Hopefully she can follow in Maddie Poppe's footsteps and keep the Idol crown in Iowa. And speaking of Maddie...she had a bit of fun on Monday's show, as well.
