What’s The Most Instagrammed Location In Iowa?

The answer may surprise you, then again......maybe not.

There are many beautiful things to see when you travel, which is one of the two main reasons I love to travel......the other is I just can't sit still in one place for too long.

You need to go the "long way" though to experience scenic travel; flying doesn't cut it.

The folks at Busbud, a travel site dedicated to road travel, decided to figure out what people enjoyed the most when they were on the road.

The obvious way to determine what people enjoy when they travel? Why, photographing it of course. And people post their pics on social media, so Busbud assembled the places in each state that were most photographed and shared on Instagram.

In Iowa?

Not my first choice for Iowa -- I'd probably think the Field Of Dreams in Dyersville or the banks of the Mississippi River in the Quad Cities or Dubuque -- but that seems like a decent choice. Some states -- some with truly picturesque scenery -- had some baffling results:
