Largest Water Parks Open Near The Cedar Valley

There is still a good number of summer days left for us here in Iowa, that means we still have time to have fun!

We are all trying to escape the heat this year, and one of the best ways to do that is by spending some time in the water. Many of us missed out on water parks last year, but almost all major parks in and around the Cedar Valley  are open this year. Today we are going to take a look at some of them.

Grand Harbor Resort and Waterpark: 350 Bell Street, Dubuque, IA 52001

Not too bad of a drive for a great indoor water park on the Iowa side.

Located on the Mississippi Riverfront, Grand Harbor Resort and Waterpark is within walking distance of many of Dubuque’s prime entertainment options.

Not only is this spot close, and a great outdoor water park, but it is ranked in the top 10 best of 2021!

Originally Adventureland was just a theme park, but they added a water park some years back, now it offers a great option of theme AND water park!

Adventureland Amusement Park and Adventure Bay Waterpark contain over 100 rides, shows, and attractions including some of the country's most exciting roller coasters and thrill rides that can challenge the most avid amusement park enthusiasts. There are also plenty of rides for less adventurous guests including great water rides as well as a full compliment of children's rides spread throughout the park.

Not to bad of a drive for this fun spot!

Wisconsin actually isn't too far away, and this park not only gives you a water park but a theme park as well!

The Dells has a lot of parks, but this one is well known for its size and pretty solid prices. It's also the largest water park in Wisconsin.
