A recent meeting by the Cedar Falls City Council basically turned into a lost episode of "Parks And Recreation".

Alternative 4C (otherwise known as the University Avenue Reconstruction Project) will put roundabouts at certain parts of the road in Cedar Falls, and some people are not happy.

They took to the Cedar Falls City Council to express that unhappiness, and they bring to mind the old saying "nothing is more contagious than a bad mood".

Yes, someone from the City Council called one of his constituents a "horse's ass". The video was short and there's not enough context to determine who was right or wrong, but it's still noteworthy and entertaining nonetheless.
