84-year-old Francis Thorley was walking his Alaskan Malamute, Mishka, when he came across a woman biking with her dog in a park. The woman accused Mishka of biting her on the leg. Thorley argued that his dog didn't show any aggression--it only approached the victim after her dog started barking.

A judge ruled that Thorley's dog could not have attacked her as she claimed--because Mishka was too "morbidly obese" to run. The Malamute weighs approximately 112 pounds, about 40 more than what's considered healthy. [Metro]

Mishka might get even MORE treats after this.

Costa Mesa, CA- A man stole a Ferrari, then got busted when he couldn't pay to fill it up.

38-year-old Israel Rangel wandered into an exotic car dealership last month and saw a Ferrari 458 Spider in a service garage with the keys on the seat. So, naturally...he stole it.

A few weeks later, Rangel pulled into a service station and began asking people for gas money. Which was VERY suspicious, considering Ferrari 458 Spiders start at about $230,000. Someone called the cops, and Rangel was arrested for grand theft auto, vandalism and other charges.

The car was returned to the owner, Susan Friedman, but Rangel damaged the car so badly that her insurance company deemed the Ferrari a total loss. But don't weep for her--she used the money to buy a 2018 Lamborghini Huracán. [L.A. Times]

If you want to get away with stealing a car like that, you've gotta act like someone who could OWN a car like that.
