Nitro, WV- A man with a very ironic name just got busted.

49-year-old James Justice, Jr. is accused of forging the governor's signature on a fake letter, saying that he was being pardoned of all probation and felonies. It also included a motion to dismiss Justice's upcoming probation hearing for a prior burglary conviction.

In addition to a litany of grammatical and spelling errors (including the word "Virginia" TWICE), the document claimed to be from Governor Jim Justice and also had two fake West Virginia state seals on it.

Justice is being charged with forgery of public record and forgery of official seals.[WSAZ-TV]

Call it a hunch, but I don't think he'll be pardoned, either.

A man was questioned by TSA agents at the Lehigh Valley Airport after attempting to get on a plane...with a grenade launcher in his suitcase.

The unassembled parts of the weapon as well as a replica grenade were found on Monday as the man's luggage passed through security.

The passenger was stopped by police and told officials he thought he could bring the non-functioning launcher onboard in a checked bag. TSA says no realistic or replica weapons of a military nature are allowed onto airplanes.

The items were confiscated by TSA and the man was allowed to board his flight. [AP News]

Indianapolis, IN- This takes "fighting like cats and dogs" to a whole new level.

Firefighters were called to a house on the city's east side on Monday afternoon. The homeowner says his cat and dog were fighting when they knocked over an electric space heater onto a pile of blankets. The blankets ignited and the fire quickly spread.

The man evacuated his family and called 911. The fire caused an estimated $60,000 in damages.

The man shared the house with a woman, their dog and four cats. The fire department reported no injuries due to the blaze, but did say the home had no functioning smoke alarms. [FOX 59]
