High School Football Team Busted For Putting Oreos In Their Butts
You couldn't have used ANY other food? Why would you desecrate Oreos like that? This is "Crappy News" for Thursday, December 6th, 2018.
Bismarck, ND- This guy had a VERY eventful day.
President Trump was visiting the area to give a speech in September 2017. Authorities say 42-year-old Gregory Leingang had stolen a forklift and entered the route reserved for the motorcade.
The state's attorney argued that Leingang's intention was to "basically try to get to the limo, flip the limo and get to the president and he wanted to kill the president."
Earlier that day, Leingang had set fire to buildings around Bismarck, including the state parole office. Leingang's lawyer claims that he was, quote, "suffering a serious psychiatric crisis during this incident."
In addition to setting the fires, he was charged with one count of attempting to enter or remain in a restricted building, as well one count of attempting to damage government property. He could face 20 years in prison. [Grand Forks Herald]
Erie, PA- A woman admitted to murdering her boyfriend.
44-year-old Windi Thomas pleaded guilty to killing 44-year-old Keeno Butler back in March.
Apparently they'd had a bad argument because she was drunk and wanted to smoke crack, and he didn't. And they wound up on the couch, where she literally SMOTHERED him to death. Butler only weighed about 120 pounds...Thomas tips the scales at more than 300 pounds.
Thomas said she placed her head on the couch so a portion of her body would be on Butler’s head. Butler’s death was ruled a homicide "caused by respiratory insufficiency."
Thomas also told police that she had cut Butler in the hand and struck him in the head with a table leg. She pleaded guilty to third-degree murder on Monday and faces a max sentence of 36 years in prison. [GoErie.com]
Byron, IL- Ten high school football players were disciplined for participating in a "naked Oreo run."
Players reportedly trotted across the football field with Oreos wedged between their butt cheeks.
The players were suspended for indecent exposure and forced to sit out three games, including the Illinois state championship game.
School administrators questioned the coaching staff as well as nearly 30 varsity players, and reviewed security video, before determining that the act was voluntary, not an act of hazing. [Rockford Register-Star]
I could think of lots of uses for Oreos...THIS is definitely not one of them.
