This is the quandary a New York judge faced in ruling that Ellanora Baidoo could serve her estranged husband, Victor Sena Blood-Dzraku, with divorce papers via Facebook.

After tying the knot in 2009, the pair neither consummated their marriage nor lived together, staying in touch via--you guessed it!--social media. Eventually, Blood-Dzraku became ultra-elusive, with a private investigator unable to identify his whereabouts. Hence, the Facebook divorce -- and the ensuing status updates -- will legally commence.
