Man Shoots Brother…Because of Tupperware?
Wow. No more leftovers for THIS guy. Here's "Crappy News" for Friday, November 9th, 2018.
Las Vegas, NV- A moving truck was found at the bottom of a swimming pool.
Police were called to the scene Wednesday morning. They watched as a tow truck company hoisted the truck out.
The towing company said the driver meant to apply the brake, but his shoelace became stuck on the accelerator when he was pulling into the driveway and the truck ended up in the backyard pool.
Luckily there was no water in the pool. No injuries were reported, but the mishap will cost the U-Haul driver about $3,000. [UPI]
Zunyi, China- A company came up with some--odd--incentives for its employees.
If staff didn't hit their sales goals, underperforming workers faced punishments including drinking urine and being forced to eat cockroaches. Other bizarre punishments involved drinking vinegar or toilet water, and selling condoms or sanitary napkins on the street.
An employee also posted a video on social media which shows a man standing topless in a room being whipped by another man with a belt. Workers say they were afraid to speak out for fear of not being paid.
Three company managers have been sentenced to jail time. [Newser]
Maricopa County, AZ- This guy will think twice before saving leftovers.
