Radio People Are Still Awesome (And Also The Worst)

We may be annoying, but you love us. Here's another example of both. We're always doing crazy stuff on the air.

Joe Kohlhofer (interesting radio name by the way) decided the audience of his Antennae Carinthia morning radio program in Austria wasn't in the Christmas spirit enough, so he barricaded the door with a chair, and played "Last Christmas" by WHAM! on repeat for two hours basically.

Did listeners call the show and beg him to cut the crap? Yes they did. Did Joe play the calls on the air? Yep.

Joe only stopped because his four-year daughter called the show and asked him to stop, so he did.

Despite all kinds of publicity and positive feedback on social media, station management said Joe could face 'consequences" for the "unplanned" stunt.
