Zimbabwe has a "Mr. Ugly" pageant. The runner-up this year doesn't like the way the results look.

Maison Sere is the 2015 Mr. Ugly. He is 42, missing most of his teeth, and is unemployed. He won $500 and is happy that his ugliness has been given the recognition he feels it deserves.

"I want to thank God for winning this title, last time I came fourth. I just want to thank the judges for recognizing me as the winner," said Sere.

So, now that we've established that people can enter every year....let's see how former three-time Mr. Ugly William Masvinu feels about being runner-up this year.

"If you're missing some teeth, it doesn't make you ugly. We need natural ugliness from birth. I didn't lose, I'm still number one."

Masvinu is not waiting for Sere to become handsome so that he can assume the title; he is asking for the pageant to be redone with new judges.

David Machowa, who founded the pageant in 2012 to celebrate the "beauty in ugliness," is not going to give masvinu his rematch until next year and said he is planning to expand the pageant. Probably to include a reality TV series on Fox.

"I still have plans to host Mr. Ugly World," he said.
